If your order requires a change, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work to make the edit for you. However, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled, we will be unable to edit your order. We can create an exchange for you in this case.

Silkx is not held liable for packages stolen upon delivery. However we do insure every package. Should anything happen please contact us immediately.
For orders lost in transit, please contact your post office or delivery service before notifying us. We kindly ask that you have an incident number or similar identification of a claim with the post office or service before you reach out to us. If a replacement is approved by investigation, we can also issue you an exact replacement or store credit.
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries.
We also accept Klarna, Shop Pay, and Afterpay for U.S. customers.
Please note that some coupon codes and discounts cannot be combined. Exclusions also apply, as codes, reward point redemptions, and automatic sale offers cannot be used on automatic bundle discounts or on our discounted Sample Sale Collection.
Unfortunately, unused, applicable discount codes cannot be honored once an order is already placed.

We do not offer separate gift receipt at this time. All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each item.

When you preorder these items, we will ship them out 5-7 business days after they become available at our warehouse.

Yes - we absolutely stand by our product 100%! Silkx Sheets and Pillowcases are backed by a 6 month Manufacturer’s Warranty in the event of a rare manufacturer’s defect- (that is NOT caused by improper cleaning)
Scrunchies have a 90 Day warranty in the event of a manufacturer’s defect.

For any authorized return where the order value was equal to or above $175, we’ll cover only the return shipping for packages being shipped from the continental U.S. and Hawaii.
All Orders are also subject to a restocking fee. This fee is equal to 20% of the order value unless the item was damaged during shipping. You'll get a prepaid label from our Care Team by email once you contact us. Once your item(s) reach our facility and have been inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
For international returns, we kindly ask that once your return is initiated, you send the items back through your carrier of choice, with the RMA number provided through the process written onto your shipping label. Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of international return shipping.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange once ordered/purchased.

Bedding bundles, sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers may be returned up to 14 days after receipt of purchase, pending they are in Unused condition (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling - including odors, unopened in original packaging).
Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened items. New and unopened products may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for domestic orders will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code.
All of our custom products are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns for any custom items.
Due to the rapidly rising costs of international shipments, we are unable to offer any paid exchanges for international orders. Should you wish to make an exchange you would need to cover return shipping and shipping for the new product.
For international returns we are unable to reimburse any return shipping costs, duties or taxes. Refunds for international orders will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code.

If a product is being returned and replaced due to damage, we kindly ask that you send a photo to help us better identify manufacturing flaws, and to share with our manufacturer and distribution center for quality assurance purposes.

HOW TO WASH

Silk is delicate so only wash with delicate natural detergents.Here are our current recommendations
For Mulberry Silk Products: Hand-washing is the best, but a delicate/silk cycle is the next best option.
For all Silkx Products: ONLY USE COLD WATER WITH NO FABRIC SOFTENER! Wash separately or with your other Silkx Sheets only. For best results wash duvet cover separate.
Pro-Tip for extra dust mite protection use a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil in your wash. mix the essential oil with water and put it in the softener section of your washing machine. Vinegar can also be used for stain treatment.
Yes. We do recommend washing Silkx Sheets prior to use to wash out any residual manufacturer's dust, and also get rid of any box wrinkles.
Just make sure to double-check size and color to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase prior to washing, as it will void the return.
No. Washing and drying on high heat will actually break down the surface of the fabric and cause roughness and pilling.
Silkx Sheets should only be washed in cold water and hang dried to preserve shine. If disinfecting is needed, we suggest adding a cup of white vinegar to your rinse.
The best way to dry your sheets for the longest life is to get a drying stand to let them air dry.
Silkx Sheets should only be washed in cold water and dried on air dry for 30 minutes max. Further drying is safe up to 45 min but can cause the shine to dry out leaving a soft sheet but less of a silky shine.
Don't put silk items in the dryer. Heat can damage delicate silk fibers.
If the dryer is absolutely necessary to use only 'air' setting for 15 minutes or less with NO fabric sheets or dryer balls. Remove sheets before completely dry. WARNING this may still damage your silk!
dryer balls are not recommended since they are very concentrated for several uses and can leave behind spots. wool dryer balls are fabric safe but will remove the shine from your sheets.
No. We do not recommend using detergent pods as many times they do not completely dissolve and can cause streaks.
