HOW TO USE

Use nightly and remove make up. Using over 6h per night is shown to increase melatonin production and increase deep sleep amounts.

Start by filling a basin with lukewarm water. Add a dash of gentle PH balanced silk detergent, nothing too harsh, we're pampering silk here, remember? Gently swish your silk around. No need to rub or scrub, just let them soak up the goodness. Rinse them off in cool water. Then, lay them out flat to dry.

Toss your silk into a gentle wash bag then into the washing machine. Here's the trick: use the gentle cycle, and a quarter sized amount of ph balanced detergent Now, let the machine work its magic. Once the cycle's done, resist the urge to wring them out and just gently press out the excess water. Finally, lay them flat to dry, allowing them to air-dry in all their silky glory.
